Questions we get often

What's the minimum monthly ad spend?

We typically work with brands spending $10k+/month on paid. Below that, the maths usually doesn't work, you're better served by a freelancer or building in-house until you're ready to scale.

Do you work on commission or a flat fee?

Flat monthly fee. We don't take a percentage of ad spend, that incentive is broken. You pay us to manage the channel well; whether spend goes up or down is a function of what's working, not what makes us more money.

Who actually runs my account?

A senior media buyer. Not a junior, not an account manager who relays things to the team in the background. You get one point of contact who is also the person in the ads manager every day.

How long until we see results?

Most account rebuilds show measurable improvement in 30–60 days, with the bigger compound effects landing at 90+. We'll be honest with you in the first call about how realistic your timeline is.

Are you locked-in contracts?

We ask for a 90-day initial period so the rebuild has time to work, then month-to-month. If you're not happy, you can walk, and you keep all your accounts and assets.
